Our Policies

At Baddhare, we believe in being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have a question about any policy below, please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

A 24 hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation charges. If cancelling within the 24 hours of your appointment, you will be held responsible for 50% of the services booked. If you do not call or show up for your appointment, you will be held responsible for 100% of the services booked. Out of respect for your stylists’ time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, we appreciate your cooperation.

Mishaps/Complimentary Adjustment Policy

All payments for services are due upon completion, before leaving. We understand mishaps happen and we will offer complimentary adjustments accordingly and within a reasonable time frame (1-2 weeks). We do not offer refunds on services. Complimentary adjustments are null and void if you or another salon try to adjust your hair cut or color first before coming back to us

Parent/guardian Policy

Must be 15 or older to receive all salon services without a parent/guardian present.14 years or younger NEED to have a parent/guardian present throughout entire salon experience. Once 15, if they are not the one paying for the services, their parent/guardian paying must be present throughout the entire consultation. Thank you for your cooperation!

Can we bring our children?

Unless they are receiving a service, please keep them at home. It’s a liability to perform a chemical service on you while holding your child/infant. Our salon is not conducive for young children. Thank you!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment except AMEX (American Express).

Is there a leveling system in place?

Yes! All stylists are placed on a level system based off of their education, experience, and demand. Depending on your hair goals and hair budget, we can place you with the stylist who is right for you. Please feel free to ask about pricing if you have a budget in mind.

How do you arrive to the salon in preparation for a curly haircut?

Dry Hair Only Please: Do not arrive with wet hair! (Extra fees may apply if your hair needs dried prior to the curly service booked.)

  • No ponytails, hats, bobby pins, hair ties, or any other hair piece that may alter your natural curl pattern or cause a dent.

  • Your curly specialist needs to see your hair in its most natural pattern and fall, without disruption, so your hair can be cut properly.

Cleansed & Clarified: Ensure hair is cleansed 24 to 72 hours prior to your appt. If possible, with a clarifying shampoo.

Conditioned & Detangled: Thoroughly condition and detangle hair at least 24 hours prior to arrival. (Extra fees may apply if time is needed for detangling prior to beginning your curly cut experience.)

Style: Please arrive at your appointment with your hair dry and styled in its most natural state, to accentuate your curl pattern. Please do not arrive with gel, hairspray, or strong hold products in your curls.

What services require a contract?

We require a signed contract for the following services:

  • Color corrections

  • Bridal services

  • Extensions

Are you a fragrance free environment?

We sure are! We are a fragrance free work zone and encourage our guests to arrive to your appointment with no perfumes, body sprays, colognes, lotions, etc. This is because strong fragrance can cause allergies, headaches, etc. We strive to keep our clients and employees safe and feeling well.
